If the repair is complex it may need to be sent off-site for repair at an Apple repair center. In this case it will take 3-5 days to get your iPhone back.

Ship your device to an Apple repair center:

The first step is to either fill out the online repair form, or call Apple Support. You are sent a shipping box for your device. The repaired phone is returned to you in around 3-5 days.

NB: Accidental damage is not covered under the iPhone warrantee.
